NOW OPEN. Inspired by the original Japanese curry, CowBoy Curry is a rich, umami, savory beef curry infused with a blend of aromatic spices served with rice and vegetables. Unlike the traditional curry, we use only fruits and vegetables to flavor and enhance the texture for our sauce; our curry is 100% gluten-free and dairy-free. American Prime chuck is simmered until perfectly tender, while the curry is layered with the flavors of caramelized vegetables.
