MICHELIN BIB GOURMAND 2025-2026

Named after Chef William Shen's shiba inu, UniGirl is a popular onigiri and snack shop designed in the spirit of the Japanese “konbini” or convenience store. Offerings include freshmade onigiri with fillings like spicy mentaiko, miso tantan, and uni ikura shiso alongside specialty snacks, and an ever-changing lineup of housemade bottled drinks.
